We’re on the move!

Thanks to the blessed gift of university funding, your favorite undergraduate researchers will be traveling to New York City to spend a week researching at the Morgan Library & Museum (well, four days, but four manuscript-packed days). We’re super excited, if the initial exclamation mark hadn’t made that clear!

The process has been pretty nerve wracking, but at the same time, this is an amazing opportunity to do some research at an important institute.  After all, this will look pretty good on our resumes when we’re applying for grad school and whatnot. Right?  However, it’s the big important institute aspect of this trip that makes it fairly intimidating for us, since we’ve never done a research trip or gone through the whole reading room application process.

While we’re away, we’ll be posting about all of the cool and shiny things we see. Look out for more micro-blogs about the manuscripts we’re working with!
